Thanks for sharing this post. I learned a lot. I purchased the Cellerciser and was using it every day for 10 min and then one day got a little board and I tried it for 20 min.I thought double the use double the benefits... I was ringing wet by the time I got through. But I did it. I thought no big deal. I can do this everyday. The next day when I got out of bed I felt like I had been worked over. I was so very sore. Rebounding is no joke. Unfortunately due to an illness in the family and other issues I got out of the habit of rebounding for several months. I just started using it again and boy could I tell the difference! I realized how out of condition my body had become. I'll never let that happen again, God willing. I am going to stick with it from now on. I feel so much better after I finish rebounding. My mood is lifted. I am morbidly obese and this unit is one of the few that I have found that could support my weight. Thanks Dave, I truly appreciate "the lift" that rebounding has brought me.

Hi David,

EUREKA!

For 9 months a baby is cellercising in its mother's womb, maybe that's the reason it loves to bounce. And if the mother likes sports or going for long walks, all the better. It would be great if Dr. Walker would confirm this, so that ALL babies can become better cellercisers in the future & all mums give their children a head start in life.
